As an IC Senior Experience Design Consultant at Singapore Studio, my role involved:
Co‐development of innovative business concepts across APAC, applying a strategic approach that consistently won project pitches, resulting in a 30% increase in project acquisition and generating additional revenue.
Developing compelling design solutions as a strategic leader in customer and market research, and customer journeys tailored to fit the unique needs of FinTechs serving micro to small businesses in APAC, with product concepts with a digital presence at fintech events such as Money2020 in 2022.
Consistently delivering exceptional user experiences and customer journeys, playing a key role in driving positive business and client outcomes. Notably increased acquisition of a Philippines' local telecom’s traveler segment by 400%.

Overseeing a talented team of 8‐10 designers researchers, marketers, and 3 design managers, I directly reported to the Chief Products, Services, and Channels Officer. Within this role, I delivered design excellence on digital and financial products since the beginning of the global pandemic, growing the team to take on more strategic roles.
Pioneered digital channels and products within SME digital financing, Anti Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC), simplifying complex models for common customer Personas and archetypes. Designed user experience on the revamp and re‐launch of MyTelenor App and web interfaces, transforming it from a basic utility to a SuperApp. This shift brought about a significant 300% surge in Monthly Active Users (MAU) a quarter post‐launch.
Pioneered the QR code recharge card, the first to introduce it in the market in 2017. Handled complete product lifecycle, from conceptualization via lo‐fi product prototype evaluation to a successful commercial launch, which bumped up recharge transaction completion rate by over 90% (from ~60%) and shortened completion time to 1/6.
Took the lead with various departments in extensive customer education initiatives, promoting responsible Internet usage and demystifying data charging mechanics in product lines. These efforts yielded 2x mobile pack revenue and saved customers up to 30 times their previous consumption.
