About Andrey Lyubimov

Product Owner at Revolut

I interview Product Manager candidates at Revolut, so I know exactly what top companies look for. I’ve conducted 100+ interviews and understand the nuances of hiring developers, QA specialists, analysts, project and product managers across Russian corporations and international startups.

Over 5 years at Tinkoff, I grew from a systems analyst into a leader of three product teams with 50+ people. After that, I spent 1.5 years in Serbia working remotely for a US CPaaS startup, and now I’m in Dubai launching a new product at Revolut.

I can help with relocation insights, building a strong résumé, navigating international job searches, and improving communication between PMs, designers, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
