Hi, I’m Liudmila and I have 15+ years of experience in tech, including 10 years as an iOS developer and 4+ years leading engineering teams and delivery. I’m passionate about building strong, product-minded teams, mentoring engineers, and helping people grow into confident tech leaders.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported many women in tech, especially during key transitions from individual contributor to team lead, or from feeling stuck and insecure to stepping into visible, strategic roles. I deeply understand how impostor syndrome, burnout, and the pressure to “prove yourself” can show up and I offer a safe, structured space to work through it.

I also co-lead leadership programs like “Transition to Engineering Manager”, host growth-focused workshops, and support future leaders through 1:1 mentoring.
