As a Product Manager with Business/UX Research/Service Design background, I have a passion for building products and creating a shared vision in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Previously, I worked as a UX Researcher/ Service Designer in both agency and in-house firms, providing insights from holistic perspectives with quantitative & qualitative methods.
Outside of work, I have great enthusiasism for facilitating and making social impact. I established the Design Thinking education agency/incubator - "Alpha team", and I also coached employees/public servants/students in 30+ Design Thinking workshops .
