At Delivery Hero, I lead Product Analytics for search and recommendations across global markets. My work focuses on driving growth through better decision-making — from defining metrics and running A/B tests to identifying key levers for GMV and conversion.

I manage and develop a team of analysts, improve analytical standards, and partner closely with product and data science leadership. I’ve also been actively integrating AI into analytics workflows to automate analysis, generate insights faster, and scale the impact of the team.
