Also led efforts in branding, marketing and sales including, value selling, content and brand ownership, branding identity design and gatekeeper of all brand marketing and product marketing content.

Drove the design and development of new product - Credibl ESG. Staring from identifying the product opportunity, creating and MVP to customer validation to PMF and growth.

Driving the product vision, shaping the business strategy, and overseeing the product roadmap. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless product development cycle.

Desmantle is an Indian Design Company with services in Digital and Physical Product Design, User Experience Design, Branding and Strategy Design. 
Catering to a global clientele in various industries, creating impactful customer experiences and innovative product systems.

Worked extensively on creating playful physical interactions, understanding user psychology, gamification and design for play. Worked closely with a team of child psychologist to define metrics for testing and evaluation of products.

Designing activity based learning kits for one of India's leading ed-tech company. In my time in this role I worked for different age groups of kids starting from 8-10 year olds to 6-8 and 12+ year old kids. Eventually leading the 8+ teams and then moving on to systems & business design.

During this internship I took up a sole ownership product design project for the company. Created a DIY Printing press for kids (8-12 years old) that teaches them the art and science of printmaking. 
The product was exhibited in the Nuremberg Toy Fair, Germany and was appreciated by visitors from the toy industry, child psychologists and pedagogy experts. 

It was in this internship that I grew closer to immersing in user journeys and design research. Working for kids came as a challenge since the user becomes difficult to understand and gain insights from. In my design strategies, I used a design methodology that was heavily based on user-testing and feedback loops which led to a serendipitous product development journey. 

This has been the first fulfilling project that I undertook and brought me closer to design for play & the concept of empathy in design.

Studied and Documented Sandalwood Carving of Sagara, Karnataka. Team of 5 members came up with branding and packaging solutions. Created a coffee table book on the craft.
