Securitas India: The 1st task given to me here was the brands Online Reputation Management, which was hurt due to an incident involving one of the 'Securitas Employee.' That person had caused injury to an animal, pictures were shared on social media leading to a wide outrage. I handled this amicably and responsibly communicating to the brands target audience, that Securitas India condemns such acts of violence and outright portraying the legal action which was taken against the perpetrator. This leads to an assurance in the minds of the target, helping to ease out the issue.
