As the founder of Full Circle Design. I lead design and marketing projects, working closely with businesses across Ireland and the UK to design and build websites, brands, and digital strategies that deliver real results. With over 9 years of hands-on experience in web design, SEO, local search, and digital consulting, my role focuses on strategy, performance, and clarity rather than surface-level design.

Through Full Circle Design, I’ve supported startups, SMEs, and established organisations with website design and redevelopment, local and national SEO, marketing automation, and long-term digital growth planning. I also work as a digital consultant and mentor with the Local Enterprise Office, helping businesses identify what’s holding them back online and implement practical, research-led improvements that support sustainable growth.

As Design Manager at Donworth & Co, I led the design delivery of commercial and institutional fit-out projects, including large-scale university and workplace fit-outs. I managed projects from concept and client briefing through to delivery, while pitching and presenting design proposals that secured approximately €500k in new business. I worked closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects stayed on brief, on budget, and on schedule.

Alongside project delivery, I was responsible for the company’s digital and marketing strategy. I led website and SEO improvements that increased organic traffic from roughly 600 to over 4,000 monthly visitors and managed social media growth. I also mentored junior designers, improved internal workflows, and developed a practical leadership style focused on clarity, accountability, and real-world results.

After completing my degree, I worked as an Interior Architect with RUA Architects, where I was involved in the design and delivery of office and workplace environments for large organisations. My role focused on spatial planning, interior layouts, and design development, ensuring spaces were functional, efficient, and aligned with client needs.

This experience strengthened my understanding of design systems, user experience in physical spaces, and working within structured project teams. It also developed my ability to think strategically about how people interact with environments, a mindset I now apply directly to digital design, user journeys, and business-focused problem solving.

As a Freelance Designer, I worked both independently and in collaboration with design and print agencies, delivering website design, branding, and graphic design projects across a wide range of industries. I worked directly with business owners and marketing managers, translating business goals into practical design solutions that supported marketing, sales, and brand growth.

This role gave me hands-on experience managing projects end to end, from discovery and concept development through to delivery. It strengthened my ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, balance creative work with commercial objectives, and design with real-world constraints in mind, experience that now underpins my mentoring and consultancy work with businesses and designers.
