Leading Tata CLiQ Luxury's critical growth-driving projects to increase revenue streams, engagement and brand collaborations. Setting up future-ready processes using design best practices within my team while creating design systems for seamless remote collaboration.

Delivered unique shopping experiences on Tata CLiQ and Luxury platforms. Set up formative design processes within the organisation and inspired fellow team members to follow them in their projects. I was tasked with the responsibility to improve key experiences at Tata CLiQ and Tata CLiQ Luxury such as Pincode serviceability, Navigation, Product Detail Page Redesign, Homepage Creative Guidelines, mobile exchange etc.

As a UI UX consultant at Tata CliQ I worked on multiple products from checkout journey improvement experience to geofencing, pincode serviceability, redesign of sale page etc. I also created a unique visual navigation experience for helping users quickly find what they are looking for without having to read and process too much information. Designing this experience also included working on a new UI design system, Style Guide and Interactions for the marketplace app by Tata CliQ.

Independently working on creating and designing the user experience of a website for JM financial's new real-estate venture called DWELLO. Key responsibilities include UX wireframes, AB testing,UI design, userflows , empathy maps etc. I have also led the research and creation of a detailed customer engagement plan to effectively target DWELLO users to improve lead generation. The customer engagement program was designed by putting the users first and analysing the whole process of home buying through DWELLO from the customers point of view. The program ensures to minimise problems that the users would have otherwise experienced. This in turn benefits the company by gaining customer loyalty. Apart from this, I also work on designing marketing campaigns for real-estate developers which include the design of digital and print media advertisements keeping the focus on user experience throughout the process on engagment with the customer.

I researched, designed and developed a tool for reducing labour costs involved in processing of roselle fruit. This tool was created as a requirement for centre of science for villages, Wardha. The aim was to design a method/tool to increase the efficiency of Roselle Calyx separation thereby reducing the time and Labour costs involved. The initiative was carried out to increase entrepreneurship potential among farmers in India and elevate their earning capacity.
It is a socially responsible design for rural india. 

I lead the project where I designed and developed the mechanism, product and process for calyx separation of the roselle fruit. Two products were designed- one for the household usgae or usage by female labourers who  work from their homes  in free time and the second product was  for a largescale farmer who employs labourers to process the  fruit. The final design was 5 times more efficient than the previous process used.

This project also won an award for social impact potential at the 2017 Symbiosis Design Showcase

During my time at Godrej, I worked on a lot of small projects which include storyboarding, value-addition, form design for their new line of sofas. Additionally, I also conducted user research with a team by visiting around 35 homes in Mumbai to study how various potential customers are using their space at home. This was done to understand the target market and then design appropriate furniture sets solving the user problems and needs.
