About Aarushi Shah
senior ux designer at HCL technologies
👋🏼 Hello! I'm a UX designer who enjoys crafting thoughtful, inclusive and accessible user centric digital experiences. Being an American citizen who grew up in India I appreciate and understand people from diverse cultural backgrounds. This has instilled an understanding of people's emotions and behaviors from a very young age. I have learned untaught strategies to work with different personalities and instinctual understanding of people's needs and behaviours which gives me a deep appreciation of diversity in all forms.
👩🏽💻 Previously I have worked at HCL technologies, Titan company, Futurz xplored and Gigantem in UX and interaction roles.
My reason to join as a mentor on ADP would be that I have understood how important it is to have great guidance/mentorship over the past years. Even a little bit from your side can make a huge difference to someone. I felt that this a small bit from my side for the ever expanding and growing design community that I could do.
