Working as Associate Design Lead in Dealer Financing and Platform Tribe, leading 5 designers & 3 copywriters team.

- Responsible for manpower assignment for each project
- Helping the team complete the project by identifying challenges, help navigate the blockers and make sure the timeline are met
- Make sure quality design delivery by managing stakeholders expectations on the scope of a project, doing design review and/or helping with delivery strategy

Working as a freelance UI/UX design tutor, help in creating materials, assignments, exams as well as tutoring in Rakamin UI/UX design bootcamp.

Managing 10+ persons interaction designers team across 2 different business units and multiple squads

- Responsible for manpower planning based on team and project needs
- Manage manpower allocation based on quarterly plan and adjusted according to priority
- Align team priority and backlog with stakeholders 
- Manage adhoc project and reallocating team member based on shifts in priority
- Collaborate with team member to evaluate and iterate how the team works and make the necessary changes if needed

Working on Ruangguru K12 products

- Facilitate ideation workshop, create concept and idea from scratch 
- Help defining hypothesis and idea to help with decision making process
- Conduct a research to help product manager and owner validate their hypotheses and also help them decide which feature or improvement to prioritize based on our research,
- Do concept testing to validate if the concept is solving user's problem and address user needs,
- Help with qualitative data to answer what kind of feature does our user needs
- Create wireframe and flow based on the concept we test and insight we got from the research and concept testing,
- Present concept test result to stakeholders and management to give more insight and help in decision making process,
- Assist UI Designers to do usability testing and create a recommendation and report based on the UT.

Ula is B2B e-commerce application for small-medium retailers. 

Some of my key achievements are:
- Help Ula build its guidelines and design components 
- Help reiterate Ula app order flow to make sure user do not stuck at particular flow and helps improve its conversion rate
- Collaborate with product researcher to improve Ula app order and registration experience by addressing some pain points found in the flow, it solved many of the customers and Ula internal user pain points from the previous iterations according to the post deployment research
- Help Ula reimagining its self registration and automating the process to help registration backlog in customer care side and also some segments don’t have to wait for an approval to be able to shops in Ula app

I worked on some project based job in digital product design. Optimizing user experience and user interface design for various companies and SMEs.

Some of my notable project is:
- Gtalent Asia web and job portal redesign.
- Designing user experience and user interface for Flokq, coliving startup, which I help designed their website and community mobile application.I worked on some project based job in digital product design. Designing user experience and user interface for YukStay web, YukStay Tenant iOS and Android apps, YukStay Agent app, YukStay Owner App and also YukStay admin web-based app.

I also help YukStay build design component and system from scratch to help the design process, consistency between products and speed.

Some of my key achievements are:
- Help YukStay organize its design flow and structure to help speed up the design process
- Build design component and guideline from scratch using sketch to double the previous speed and help a lot with consistency between products
- Build YukStay tenant app from browsing only functionality to be able to help tenant pay and manage their property
- Re-imagine YukStay web to better serve its users with ability to search by location and building and also recommendation based on the user filter and behavior.

Working on SpaceStock website user interface and user experience design. Working closely with product manager and frontend engineer to maximize user experience while meeting business requirements. Help SpaceStock creates design system to bring consistent user experience across the product.

SpaceStock is digital property agent, I help building property listing website optimized for web, tablet and mobile view. 

Key Achievement:
- Help SpaceStock building their web 2.0 and also their rebranding process
- Build SpaceStock design language system from the ground up, help with faster design process and help a lot when rebranding from the old logo to brand new logo and color
- Help with the collaboration design and single source of truth using drive file stream, so with little to no budget designers still can enjoy working collaboratively and no more manual transfer back and forth

Designing user experience and interface for COCOWORK (now CoHive) websites and member application (iOS & Android). Working closely with frontend & backend developers to maximize COCOWORK (now CoHive) website and application user experience. Creating design system to bring consistency and balance to current and future design.

Key Achievement:
- Help bringing down cohive website bounce rate from around 80 percent to 30-ish percent
- Help creating cohive space member app from scratch before being canceled due to various reason by management
- Help transitioning cohive from cocowork which only took us 1 day to reflect it on the website and a week to revamp it to our new brand
- Help building coliving website in cohive from scratch and improve the visitor by more than 100 percent by highlighting coliving more in cohive website

Mainly working in Jurnal main app, working closely with developers and designers to maintain high standard of Jurnal main app, making sure our costumers got the best experience possible.

Leading QA team with 5 persons team, maintaining high bar to the product released, steadily moving our testing methodology from manual to automated.

Testing and reporting bugs for games to be released in Windows platform, thoroughly check every game to make sure they are up to Gameloft's standard.

I was part of these teams during my time in Gameloft:
- 6 months in Windows QA division working as core team of God of Rome
- 1 year in Customer Relationship Management Tool QA division, maintaining the web-based tool and making sure it works properly with every game, some of the projects I've handled are Minion Rush, Disney Magic Kingdom, God of Rome, Asphalt Extreme, Asphalt Street Storm Racing, March of Empires and Dungeon Hunter 5.
