• Decreasing about 10 warehouse processor by changing Item based process to order based. It means at least 3B IRI per month cost reduction.
• Monitoring and consulting ERP implementation to prepare the best fit product in business operations, finance and commercial teams
• Finding the best CRM solution and provider for customer service team based on business KPIs. Also managing the project implementation and consulting crm team.

The Ventures Product Manager. Responsible for the management and performance of a product or several products grouped as a product line such as: Digikala Jet, Pindo & Digikala Services. Including the definition, direction, profit, loss, and market share goals of the products over their projected lifecycle including product packaging, pricing, product extensions, adjacent products, and end of life decisions

• Creates, drives and has responsibility for the execution of after sales product road map for the assigned product lines such as: customer service, reverse logistics and warranty for both Digikala and Digikala Jet. And for communicating the strategy and product plans to the regional product management teams as well as providing product plans and product performance information to customers, corporate personnel, and other corporate stakeholders.
• Evaluate product development projects to increase customer satisfaction and decrease operational cost and profit loss as well and research and development appropriations. This had an impact of improvement 9 NPS points and 12% of operational cost saving.
• Develop a new complete and compelling business line: Digi warranty. Manage the line planning process, including models plan, pricing strategies and gross margin targets

• Provided daily, weekly and monthly reports to help management in key decisions
