• Led the design team from 0 to 1 in building a real-time payment-linked loyalty solution, achieving a user growth of over 10,000. Products included payment gateway, POS module, BNPL feature, and loyalty rewards.
• Built the team's first design system and brand guideline, elevating productivity by reducing design work time by 30%.
• Rebranded the visual identity of both Consumer web app and Merchant payment dashboard, along with 5+ communication channels, to enhance market positioning.

Divit is a fintech startup revolutionizing the payment industry, partnered with Citi bank and Cathay Pacific, enabling customers to pay and earn mile rewards through real-time payments at any Divit partner merchants. My mission was to design solutions that balanced the ideal user experience with business needs while pushing forward the design standards.

• Increased leads for Marriott APAC events booking by 300% through building a Marriott event content hub.
• Boosted leads for Ritz Carlton luxury dining in APAC by designing the Michelin Stellar Dining Series campaign microsite.

• Built an HTML banner automation tool for Marriott to increase operation efficiency.
• Produced digital designs and videos for social media posts and marketing ads (including Canvas ads and HTML banners), serving the hospitality and luxury sectors, including Marriott, W Hotel, and Maserati.

• Edited videos ranging from 3 to 20 minutes in length for the social channel, driving fanbase growth to reach up to 700k+.
