→ Building and improving language-agnostic NLP (Natural Language Processing) Models for analytics on user-generated content.
→ Building statistical & language generative models to generate & screen consumer product concepts for future product innovation.
→ Building predictive models & identifying the relevant parameters to find the future trajectory of food trends.
→ Building robust time series forecasting models for forecasting customer engagement trends with food products in the market.

→ Project: Customer Churn and Inactivity Prediction
→ Responsibilities: Developed 2 (bi-weekly and monthly) customer churn and inactivity prediction models for Ncell. In this project, I’ve leveraged heterogeneous big datasets of 14 million customer-base of Ncell. I built a huge master data table by blending Customer Profile, Usage Behaviour, Purchase Behaviour, Device Profile, Network Experience, and Customer Voice data. During this project, I’ve used Hive/Impala for data processing, PySpark for exploratory data analysis and feature engineering, and MLlib for building the classification models.

→ Project: Campaign Simulation for BTL Campaign
→ Responsibilities: Before designing a campaign we have no visibility of its performance (campaign uptakes/ revenue impact). Therefore, I developed a Campaign Simulation tool leverage the predictive power of AI to simulate and quantify the uptake rate and incremental revenue generated by the campaign based on campaign modality and customer behavior. A 5% upgradation of the campaign uptake rate will bring 240 million incremental revenue per year.

→ Project: DRIP (Daily, Regular, Irregular, Poor) Segmentation Model
→ Responsibilities: Developed 4 different machine learning models for segment classification of Daily, Regular, Irregular, and Poor customers in terms of Data Usage and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). In this project, I've tackled a big dataset of 14 million customers of Ncell, the leading telco company in Nepal. I frequently used the tools from the big data ecosystem such as Hadoop, Hive/Impala, PySpark for data processing and MLlib for modelling.

→ Project: Gross Addition Optimization and Automation
→ Responsibilities: Developed different Time Series forecasting models with seasonal decomposition, performed non-linear optimization for revenue maximization, and quality retailer segmentation on large scale data to optimize the number of new customer acquisition and increase the total revenue of Robi.

→ Project: Training Data Science Professionals for the Kaliakoir Hi-Tech Park Project
→ Responsibilities: Provided Applied Data Science training to 50 IT professionals for the Kaliakoir Hi-Tech Park project of the Bangladesh government. I built a rigorous course curriculum for Applied Data Science focusing on the industry demands and hands-on projects. Following the curriculum, I've prepared all the coding exercises, study materials and supervised the projects to help the trainees build their portfolios.

This is an educational internship opportunity for 3 months under the supervision of Assistant Professor Md Shamsur Rahim, in the Department of Computer Science, AIUB. 
→ Responsibilities:
• Assisting the course teacher.
• Performing research in the field of Data Science, Data Mining.
• Maintaining detailed, accurate records of all experiments performed.
• Learning new tools for research purposes.

Data & Design Lab (https://dndlab.org/) is a research laboratory in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Dhaka. The main research goal of the lab is to generate actionable knowledge using data analytics and to develop applications firmly based on HCI design principles. This is the place for Data Scientists and people who work in the exciting field of Human-Computer Interaction.
