My journey into the tech industry began in 2015 after completing two coding bootcamps. Starting as a software engineer, I transitioned into product roles due to a lack of mentorship and structure at some of these organizations. By mid-2016, I was leading teams as a scrum master and product manager and developing strategies, building a foundation that would fuel my growth in tech.
Before tech, I spent 14 years in music and entertainment. At 34, I pivoted careers and increased my salary by 628% in 10 years. I now leverage my diverse experience to help others navigate change, develop leadership, and unlock their potential in tech. I also support start-ups and founders by aligning teams, optimizing strategies, and driving Agile transformations to fuel growth and success.
