💼 At Leapfrog Technology, I lead the Design team and serve on the Leadership Team, aligning mid-management with organizational goals while championing innovation and process excellence. Within Leapfrog’s AI Center of Excellence (CoE), I define the strategic integration and future direction of AI across tools, processes, and products.
⌛ Career Journey: Starting in 2005 at an ad agency, I rose from junior designer to Art Director within a year, launching a dozen products and shaping branding for 300+ national and international ventures. With a Computer Science degree, I specialized in UI/UX research and design, blending visual branding expertise with technical depth. My consulting spans product design, process improvement, and management for startups and enterprises in healthcare, fintech, education, and hospitality.
✨ Design Thinking & AI: I apply Design Thinking to solve complex business and operational challenges. Also trained 500+ professional. Since 2021, my R&D has focused on AI tools, LLMs, and AI-driven processes, exploring coding, image, and video models (open-source and proprietary) to accelerate workflows by up to 90%.
