Currently consulting : Advisor to ChiselBee, a bootstrapped start-up, offering to ramp-up workforce with an ‘Education 4.0’ wrapper (IQ+EQ) for Industry 4.0 roles and careers, marked by AI and automation. The business goal is to get engaged in Managed Learning Services, learning assets influenced by VUCA. 

Current assignment : Chisel attitudes to influence thought directions of select communities - millennials enrolled in undergraduate courses in popular disciplines (arts, science, commerce), and campus hire prospects (engineering and management institutes) ready to start their respective careers in the industry. The purpose is to equip them to homogeneously align with organization and career goals respectively. Placement ratio anyhow is a key KPI in campus hiring.

Created a Comprehensive Learning Solution consisting of Competency Development Plan/Roadmap, Training Needs Analysis, Certification design and marketing campaigns for publicity amongst R&D/Global Services and other BU to enhance reach.

Achieved ramp-up of Global Technical Support comprising ~400 personnel (new hire and existing staff) with competencies to keep their performance metrics intact (Technical, Soft Skills). Support ticket handling rate improved by ~15%. Clearly defined scope of learning solution, and KPIs to measure success. (continuous education, and/or end-to-end project following agile methodology)

Connected with SMEs, created and delivered the learning solution (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy). Administered training literature on Moodle (LMS).

Implemented measurable training feedback assessing Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Results (Kirkpatrick). Drove efforts to raise the level of learning effectiveness.

** Full lifecycle implementation viz. assess, design, develop, implement and maintain, of Training projects. These belong to the Application implementation phase and are meant to equip the client before the UAT.

** Conduct select sessions in technology and applications in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management domain for both domestic and foreign clients in the telecom industry.

** Guide and Review the development of associated curriculum before distribution.

** Developed courseware in respect of Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control. Development formats aligned to both assisted and un-assisted learning.

Freelance Trainer/Consultant in Oracle 9i (database administration / SQL) / Java / J2EE.

Clients include Fibcom India Limited ( JV between Tellabs, Denmark and ITI, Bangalore) - training program in Java consisting of topics as Collections framework/Swing components/Event Model/MVC; Perot Systems tsi - training program in Database models/Oracle 9i SQL/PLSQL, and the likes.

** Conducted sessions in respect of Oracle Certification Program in database administration (Oracle 9i), and select courses in Enterprise Java from the wide bouquet of NIIT education programs.
      
** Administered / maintained machines hosting Oracle products, as also test databases for demonstration.

** Conducted sessions on OCP tracks offered by Oracle Software (India) Ltd., in database administration and Java technology.

** Designed and authored courseware (Instructional design). Deliverables include a book and teaching aids in Oracle/Java, as also technical manuals for distribution to clients attending sessions in technology.

** Guide and lead project team to develop software to simulate various environments for demonstration to corporate clients attending sessions in Oracle/Java technology (Supplementary role).

** Administered and maintained computer labs hosting Oracle products. Additionally provided support to franchise centers to troubleshoot technical problems.
