Launched the product marketing function, taking ownership of our core product (Hospitality Tech) and add-on product (FinTech). 

Partnered up with different cross-functional teams, for example: 
- Product teams to track and increase product adoption metrics.
- Sales managers to increase sales velocity and revenues.
- Marketing team to define marketing plan, content strategy, and brand messaging.
- CS to increase customer time-to-value through education and enablement.

I led strategic initiatives like market research and analysis, product launches, competitive intelligence, positioning and messaging strategy, and a sales enablement program. I drove tactical initiatives like release marketing, sales enablement assets, product briefings, and full-funnel content production/editorial - amongst others. 

Made redundant because of organizational restructuring (15% of workforce), unrelated to performance.

Hired originally as a content manager, my role expanded into a product marketing and content management role, to increase customer engagement and product adoption through a PLS motion for trivago's rich (B2B and B2B2C) product portfolio. Focused on retention and lifetime value metrics (upsells, cross-sells). 

Led strategic initiatives like product launch strategy, sales enablement projects, positioning and messaging, competitive analysis, market research, and customer marketing (content) strategy. Drove tactical initiatives such as product use case documentation, case study acquisition and creation, sales enablement asset creation, customer education and enablement, content creation, and more.

Wrote and distributed content for 8 key accounts (SMBs and mid-sized companies) in SaaS, travel, lifestyle, and agency services. Blogs, video scripts, press releases, social posts, newsletters, ebooks, brand and product website copy - and more. A cool win early in my career: some of my PR work for a lifestyle company in the UAE was featured in Vogue Arabia!

Automatic Hospitality Pvt Ltd owns various hospitality brands, including 2 hotels and 7 F&B brands across 3 Indian cities. Initially joined as an intern during my bachelor studies to support and manage projects for the launch of 3 F&B brands in the heart of Mumbai, where the space is extremely crowded and so deep insights and planning are critical for success. Later took on a full-time role; and as the only in-house marketer, my role was extremely versatile, where I focused on B2C marketing, vendor management, partnerships, and events. 

Names of the brands: Rike, The Gourmet Kitchen, Nirvaan - The Indian Kitchen. 

Marketing-specific responsibilities included: market research, competitive intelligence, brand and product positioning, pricing and discount strategy, event management, social media marketing and advertising, local SEO and reputation management (including coordinating with a PR and influencer marketing agency).
