About Abhinav Chhikara

Founder at 10kdesigners

Hi! I'm Abhinav and I have over 12 years of experience as a UI/UX designer. I started my career as a freelancer designing iOS apps and worked at some prominent design teams in India, including Housing.com. At Unacademy, I joined as an early team member as the Head of Design and was responsible for setting up the team, redesigning our learner and educator platforms on the journey from Series A to Unicorn. Currently, I'm the founder of 10kdesigners – a new kind of online school to meet designers, work on projects and learn design. I frequently mentor designers as well as early stage founders, and have invested in startups including Scenes (acquired), Airtribe, Gumroad, Maven etc.
