Founded an independent design practice combining product strategy, hands-on building, and mentorship. Partner with teams on design direction, product clarity, and scalable systems; build and ship software end to end; and run workshops on critique, visual thinking, AI-enabled workflows, and portfolio development.

Led design strategy across Naukri’s B2B product suite. Set direction across business units, scaled the design organisation, and clarified offers, entitlements, and upgrade paths to improve revenue quality. Presented transformation roadmaps to senior leadership and earned recognition for cross-business impact and creative leadership.

Progressed from Lead UX Designer to Associate Vice President, leading end-to-end design across web, iOS, and Android. Improved key search, discovery, and seller journeys; built a cross-platform design system that cut shipping time by 60–65%; and developed the team’s growth ladder and review practices. Product changes increased conversion, qualified leads, and app growth.

Progressed from UX Designer to Senior UX Designer, shaping search and marketplace experiences across Info Edge products. Led research, interaction design, prototyping, and stakeholder alignment while building the foundations for later design-leadership roles.

Designed and tested a guided college-discovery experience to help students search, compare, and shortlist colleges with greater confidence. Conducted research, reworked information architecture and filters, prototyped solutions, and validated them through usability testing.
