- Designed & architected product (mobile/ web) ground up (0-1) with AI (for multimodal content) at its core
- Solutioned & managed features like real-time AI chatbot (basis proprietary medical content) with ~95% accuracy rate, AI Summary & In-line Citations and Gen AI-based PPT generation via user prompts; contributed heavily to context engineering & accuracy

- Localytics is an AI-driven Analytics Platform for Real Estate Industry designed to help Land Owners & Builders with crucial hyperlocal data for their existing & upcoming property development

- The venture started as a digital-first EPC-Marketplace for smaller land parcels - 1-10 acres - but given the core pain points around data transparency, and user inputs, we pivoted strongly towards data-centric construction activities, thus, scoping towards Real Estate Analytics

- My primary responsibilities are in the area of Market Research (incl. User Interviews/ Research), Product Definition & Design and setting up Engineering Modules for the product, where our primary interface is with tons of public & private data that we’re training our systems around

Product Stage – 0-1 | Impact Driven – Delivered 28 Successful Sprints, Improved Dev Efficiency by 40%, Modularized Product Architecture & Engineering Tech Stacks improving TTM by 25%

- Buddybet is one of the few Social Betting Products built globally having achieved the milestones of being operational across 3 continents and access to 25 regulated markets globally in a short span of 12 months with a total transacted value of ~$3Mn (GMV)

- Leading 25-member Product Engineering Teams across IRIS, React JS, .NET & Flutter tech stacks along with QAs. The product being 0-1, my primary role has been to help design solutions for ‘social + betting’ user/ business expectations along with guiding/ driving all teams toward final delivery.

- Alongside managing Product Engineering, my other activities involve in the areas of Network-Effect induced Product Marketing, Org/ SDLC-Agile Processes, Developer-Experience/ Dev-Ex/ DX (improving outcome per developer) and Recruitment/ Talent Grooming to achieve maximum outcome for the company

Product Stage – 0-1-10 | Impact Driven – Increased User Adoption of Typeset by 30% in my first six months, Drove B2B Product-led Growth at 20% YoY reaching $400k ARR & Led 0-1 User Acquisition of first 20k B2C Users for SciSpace w/ avg. 7mins/ day engagement time for 30-day cycle

- SciSpace is one of the world’s largest hosted libraries having 270Mn+ Research Papers with 180Mn+ Authors, having its core typesetting product better known as Typeset used by 1Mn+ Research Authors & Nobel Laureates worldwide

- I primarily led growth across the company by redesigning the Ops Process across the whole company and each department so things scale pretty fast; got a chance to hands on work on with Design, Product, Marketing Teams & led Growth to launch the V1 of SciSpace – aiming to be the LinkedIn for Researchers

- Worked comprehensively in designing and building the core Platform Architecture & Social Platform from scratch where the major elements that I built were around Network Effects (NFX), Gamification and inbuilt Platform-side Moat

Product Stage – 0-1 | Impact Driven – Formed niche local community of 5000 monthly active users, Scaled to avg. 1.5 orders/ user/ week in 3 months duration

- We designed, built & deployed whole product (ca. April 2020) when Lockdown 1.0 begun in India
which used advanced BLE Technology where we’re able to detect the COVID-19 Positive Patients we’d
have encountered in our vicinity when we (as users) went shopping daily essential utilities

- Users could book the daily slots for essentials like veggies, milk and even medicines from nearby
shops & medicals and were having the option of cancelling/ getting notified if some of the items were
unavailable at specific kirana store which they’d then order from other nearby stores

- We delivered the whole product on Play Store in just 15 days; had to refine and launch again as
Contact Tracing Apps were not allowed by Govt. of India (or any world governments)

Product Stage – 0-1 | Impact Driven – Scaled to 90k users (30k MAUs, 45% D30 Retention), Enabled $300k worth of Collabs, Onboarded 40 Exclusive Indie Artists to Sell Content, Avg. CAC of INR 8/ user

- It was World's 1st Audio-centric Social Collaboration App Designed to Simplify Earnings where our
whole vision rested on three key things - Talent, Trust and Credibility - around which we were building
a Social Ecosystem so as to create a better market dynamic for communities

- Led Cross-Functional Teams of Product Engineering (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Testing), Design (UIUX, Graphics, Video), Marketing (Content, Copywriting, ASO/SEO, Paid Ads), Sales (Business
Development, Partnerships) & Hiring (Superstar Teams across roles) where my forte has been
approximately at everything mentioned herein

- Led full-fledged Product, Marketing & Company Pipeline (weekly, monthly, quarterly cycles), and have
overachieved the said goals by pushing the limits of Product Engineering (w/ limited resources) and
Marketing (by bringing super-loyal users w/ minimal CAC)

k.nect was a private social networking app based on warm intros.

- It was my first stint at software where I’d built a prototype of a Private Social Network where we
could leverage 1st level connect of our immediate circle

- Later shut it down as I didn’t have the bandwidth to continue on the marketing/ scaling of it
