I drive strategy at Ninjacart - addressing problems of today and tomorrow.
I lead the CEOs Office team, a team of go-getters and problem solvers with whom I do this.

Ninjacart is India’s largest B2B fresh produce supply chain company. A pioneer in the tech driven supply chain space for fresh vegetables and fruits in India, Ninjacart has raised over $150mn from Tiger Global, Accel US, Accel India, Syngenta and others.

Over the last 4 years, our made-for-India technology and India centric solutions have disrupted the way fruits and vegetables move from farms to consumers plate. Today, we source fruits and vegetables from farmers across 20+ Indian states and deliver to 17,000+ local kiranas and restaurants across 7 major cities, every day, in less than 12 hours.

Our vision is to build India’s most efficient and largest supply chain company, improving the lives of producers, businesses & consumers in a meaningful manner.

Our focus is to make the Ninjacart innovation more accessible and leverage our strengths to innovate for new product categories and customer segments while solving complex supply chain problems.

OperatorVC is a new angel fund.
Setup and run by a set of founders themselves (and thus the name Operator), OperatorVC is a sector agnostic fund.

We weight the following highly on our investment decisions - team, unit economics, size of the opportunity. We believe in smart capital and strive to add significant additional value to our portfolio (access, mentorship…).

Bold Kiln is a one stop shop solution provider for startups and entrepreneurs.
We help startups across lifestages, right from when someone has a vague sense of an idea, to when they've raised $5-10Mn.

Broadly the following buckets to what we do:
- Information: We collect, curate and create a lot of information of use to startups. E.g. a database of investors, tagged by ticket size, sectors, location with contact details; a repository of templates of document, contracts, excel models, presentations; a highly curated set of actionable insight+gyaan based reads and more
- Services: We can help you with whatever you need. We do a lot of design (branding + UI/UX), development (web+mobile), digital marketing inhouse. And we've vetted partners for your other needs (legal, accounting, PR, videos etc.)
- Products: Wherever we have a hypothesis on a product that can be useful for startups, we're working on building it.
- Investment: We invest (via a partner fund) at the angel-seed stage in startups with strong teams, a solid MVP, genuine traction and a ambitious + clear vision.
- Co-working: We'd love to have you and your team come co-work with us at our Noida office.

It's a startup - so I do what's needed to be done, across the board.

I joined Monitor in 2010 as a Consultant in the Mumbai office. I have worked with clients across sectors - Media, Auto and FMCG, Agrochemicals and multiple methodologies - Growth Path, Memory Matters etc.

Most recently I worked with an MNC player in the agrochemicals space as part of developing the detailed pilot and implementation plan for a revamp of their Go To Market and Channel strategy in India, aspects of which are to be replicated as a model in other markets as well.

Before this, I was working for an FMCG client for assessing market opportunities for a nascent product category. Prior to that, I was working with the same client for new product development and GTM strategy in a new market under the Memory Matters approach which required a lot of detailed qualitative and creative thinking.

I was previously part of a nationwide project in the automotive space, for one of the key players in the Indian market, to enhance front-end capabilities through upgrading its existing dealership network. The team was working to optimize current performance, identify capabilities required to manage an expanded product portfolio in the medium-term and outline longer-term capability requirements for realizing a longer term vision.

I have also done a long duration project in the Media & Entertainment space, managing a large and complex multi-year growth strategy and transformation initiatives for the client. I was a part of the team that developed a strategy for a client facing stagnant revenues in a growing market and has then helped the client implement the strategy over 18+ months. I have experience in organization restructuring and has worked with companies in growing their revenues and enhancing profitability.

- Complex commodities trading - Quoted dispersion prices to traders, developed new pricers for exotic products.
 - Structured Rates trading - Built a generic pricer for rate swaps as a significant improvement over previous tool. Developed an index for a certain risk exposure. Worked on industry reports for the inflation linked bond market.
