After years in B2C, I grew curious about the complexity of B2B systems. That led me to Delhivery - India’s largest logistics company, where I now lead UX for two high-impact business verticals:

* Express (₹7,500 Cr+ revenue): Designing experiences across the parcel lifecycle from first mile to mid mile to last mile. This includes tools, dashboards, and apps for field executives, ops team leads, auditing teams, managers, transport hubs, and client interfaces. I also worked on India’s first Road Train system at Delhivery - designing how tractors, trailers, and routes are managed.

* SCS – Supply Chain Services (₹1,500 Cr+ revenue): Leading design for warehousing operations and WMS apps covering Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Pick, Pack, Dispatch and Cycle Count - serving 120+ FCs.

I’m also shaping the future of Rapid Commerce (RAAS) - building a unified app and real-time OMS for lightning-fast order processing, tailored for the next wave of quick commerce.

What sets this role apart: I don’t just design from behind a desk. From riding with delivery partners to shadowing riders and the warehouse team. I immerse myself on the ground to understand real-world friction and opportunities, translating them into scalable, intuitive solutions used by thousands every day.

I held a varied job at Reliance Jio as a senior designer and member of the core design team. As Jio growing progressively all the ideas, method, system, formula, etc which has been incorporated for the 'Digital Transformation of India', and the product under Jio can be made iteratively better according to time and need.
• Our team is in charge of providing UX solutions for the wide variety of brands and services offered by Reliance Jio. 
• Focusing on understanding the product and doing research in terms of persona, target audience, benchmarking, product heuristics, and delivering final Interaction to the consumers is the cornerstone of our UX work culture.
• I have expertise in understanding problems empathizing with users at a fundamental level and providing them with potential solutions. At Reliance, a typical day can include UX assistance, design workshops, and continuous product improvements in their wireframe, prototype, and high-fidelity design versions.

Winner of Design Nerd: Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) Design Nerds Hackathon. DN is a great initiative for Jio’s 100+ designers, it provided the opportunity to enhance creativity by interacting with different teams and sharing creative ideas.

After working and gaining some experience I became keen in understanding of a product building process. I began experimenting, by diverting towards learning the basics of product development from scartch by sharing ideas, assisting & collaborating with small start-ups businesses. At, Travacations: Our aim to offer a range of best-value products & services along with cutting-edge technology and dedicated round-the-clock customer support(24*7),a week, or 365 days throughout the year of all types. An experienced team of professionals supports clients with the biggest investment in the system and services, that match quality with the most favourable price. We will be helping people to find and plan the best itinerary to explore the long and rich heritage of India and hopefully get inspired in a new way in travel in India. The special quality of Indian culture, classical beauty of India with a modern touch have made it different from the other places of Asia.

I also travelled to more than 6+ countries during this period to learn about their cultures, architecture, cuisine, and people. I hope this trend will keep moving forward.

• Handled The Great Indian Restaurant Festival, The Biggest Restaurant Discount Festival in India and the impact was outstanding.
• Worked collaboratively with the product, marketing and technical teams to establish & maintain the visual language, brand standards and consistency of the whole product.
• Conceptualizes and Ideates the overall module of the Dineout app & web, conversion were great. Also, initiated the AWD Design system for M-site.
• Collected and researched data to compile into analytical reports in order to inform the stakeholder what exactly users think about their product.

• Reviewed and recommend improvements to the existing designs. Prototyped visual design concepts, designed icons and provided solution for a Mobile Apps, resulting in a better user experience.
• Worked closely with the product, marketing and technical teams to establish and maintain the visual language, brand standards, and consistency of the whole site.

Awarded “Mega Mind": For working towards innovation and introducing new ideas through creative thinking” 2017.

• Responsible for creating Brand Guidelines, Wireframing, Rapid Prototyping, Interactive Screens, User Testing.
• Conceptualizes and Ideate the overall module of OnlineTyari app & web also the conversion was great. Ex. Coversion of new login system version 10, 55.5% to version 10.1, 75.4%.
• Collected and researched data to compile into analytical reports in order to informed the stakeholder what exactly user think about their product.
