have been doing SEO for over 12 years, across fintech, crypto, travel, e-commerce and marketplaces. The work usually starts the same way. Fix the architecture and indexation, then build content and authority on top of it. Done properly it compounds, and on every platform I have worked on it has produced multiples of non branded organic traffic rather than percentages. For the last several years I have also been the one building the team rather than just doing the work. I have hired and trained SEO specialists, writers and analysts, set up editorial and keyword workflows, and owned multi year roadmaps tied to revenue targets.
