Conducting effective customer interviews

I enhance the client journey and drive business growth through strategic design. When lead generation rates declined, I quickly realigned our design and development strategies. By treating the website as a product and using data-driven insights, I balanced business goals with user needs. This led to a 50% reduction in QA efforts and a 60% increase in design speed for new pages.
I also manage the design backlog, prioritize tasks, and mentor the UX/UI designers in our Growth Product team. My role combines hands-on design work with strategic management, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional user experiences and results.

I optimize the client funnel for lead generation, enhance core site interactions, and create captivating SEM and SEO landing pages through data-driven and user-centric methodologies. With a strategic outlook, I drive exceptional user experiences that fuel tangible business growth and provide valuable support to multiple squads.

As UX Design Lead I promote experience consistency in multiple digital platforms, work with UX/UI projects directly from the Chapter, and mentor the UX/UI designers to achieve company objectives. I'm focused on end-users but also aligned with business needs across the entire R&D department, combining data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results. Also, I help to spread the culture of UX in the company.

Work with the team to build a design system and establish processes and best practices. Own and lead the end-to-end design process of new features and iterations of a product that is deeply complex. Sometimes work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables. Deliver high-quality, polished, delightful, and easy to use designs. Create cross-platform flows that take into account the experience on all devices in a variety of contexts and channels. Collaborate with product managers, developers, internal users, and other designers. Mentor fellow designers, helping them to think more critically and strategically and improve their craft. Identify opportunities for improvement in our products and process and take the initiative to provide solutions.

Mentoring:
UX/UI Designer for StudyKIK.
UX/UI Designer for Pinterest.
User Researcher for Restaurant Brands International.

Product improvement for iOS Sway app and Sway Keyboard app. Following iOS 15 guidelines and making the best User Experience to allow our users to create AI-powered dance videos adding their favorite characters. Mocks and prototypes built with Figma.

Performing technical interviews for various roles, such as UX/UI designers, Graphic Designers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Front-End engineers, and React/React Native engineers.

Worked for different clients building products and services. Built a mobile-first adult content subscription service platform, which had users in four different language options with a system of wallet to purchase the content. Created a service blueprint for farmers to sell their products directly to the client, with an admin dashboard for the backstage, a customer marketplace App for the buyers, a Vendor portal for the farmers, and third-party integration for the delivery.

Technologies used: Figma, Sketch, Useberry, UserTesting, InVision, Miro, Whimsical, SendGrid.

Frameworks (to follow guidelines): Vue.js, Vuetify, React.js, Material Design.

We provide end-to-end delivery for companies of all sizes, from startups to some of the biggest companies in the world, including Google, Rolls-Royce, Pinterest, EY, SiriusXM, Motorola & Viacom, among others.

Strategic product development of Booklick 3.0, for desktop and mobile, and finally App version. I worked in understanding the users, co-creating solutions with and for them by making the best academic learning social network. Where both bibliographic database resources and content created by users are centralized and personalized, making it easier and attractive to share academic content for students and educators.

Improve the company products in terms of User experience with the help of human-centered design and design thinking methods to create the best solutions to the transactional market segment. For a constantly updating of the product line.
