With close to 10 years of experience under my belt, I’m a designer of many hats — I have played the role of a programmer, graphic designer, web developer, and UX designer for a few industries such as gaming, aviation, and banking. I've recently transited from being a UX strategist in Singapore Airlines to doing Experience Design in OCBC Bank. But the most important hat I consistently have is empathizing with the role of a user while keeping in mind business needs.

I am also motivated to influence how a product is developed with the proper use of different research methodologies and how to make it as human-centered as it can possibly be.

On a daily basis, coffee and a proper Negroni get me going on any workday. My strong interest in design drives my passion to continuously place users first and holistically design experiences to deliver delight.
