About Adedamola Onabanjo
Business Intelligence Manager at Kuda
I am an experienced Data Analyst with a successful track record spanning over five years in leadership roles in e-commerce and Fintech companies across Africa. I have also worked in various data functions including data analysis, analytics engineering, database administration, and operations analysis this has helped me become proficient in leveraging advanced technologies, including SQL (Big Query and SQL Server), Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, dbt Cloud, and more to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making in various industries and business functions.
Some of my notable achievements include creating and optimizing data processes, providing valuable insights through analysis, enhancing business performance, driving projects in business intelligence lifecycles, and managing teams of data analysts. Most recently, I managed the transition of an ex-customer service representative to a full-fledged business intelligence developer who now works in my team and drives his initiatives. This is one of my proudest achievements to date.
There is a need for more leaders in the Data Science/Analysis space, specifically female leaders and I would like to bridge this gap by offering my expertise and time to upcoming Analysts.
