About Adeline Ionescu
Technical Recruiter at Orphic Digital
Hi 👋🏻 I’m Adeline, and with years of experience in the recruiting and IT industries, both in-house and in agencies, I'm offering my expertise to you.
Whether you’re a recruiter needing help with your projects, seeking a second opinion, or an IT professional looking for career guidance, I’m here to provide the support you need!
During the years, I have mostly worked with Senior IT Freelancers from all over the world (literally! 🌍) looking for their next challenge, but I've also helped professionals relocate to Canada or find their next permanent fully-remote employer.
Additionally, I have mentored fresh-out-of-university talents 🎓 on topics I initially knew little about, but through thorough research, I helped them succeed. 📚💪
Now, I feel like prepared to share my knowledge with fellow recruiters, as sometimes it can get rough out here...especially when you don't have someone to talk with.
No matter who was the person in front of me, I always lend a hand if I was asked.
So - get in touch, and let’s navigate your path to success together! 🚀🌟
