- Manage server configuration using Puppet and Shell Scripts 
- Setup automated testing logic thereby lowering the error rate in production, lowering development and testing time and improving the User experience 
- Designed and built a Highly Available File Storage and Retrieval System serving tens of millions of requests per week.
-Database Administration- ensuring all Terabyte-scale DBs are in good health.
- Set up and manage Observability, Logging, monitoring and on-call alerting using
Zabbix, Telegraf, InfluxDb and Grafana(TIG stack), Pagerduty, Slack, New Relic and Scalyr.
- Containerize services using Docker and Shell Scripts , leading to smooth local development experience for developers

- Designed and implemented improvements to the Release Management process
- Automate deployment flows using Capistrano, thereby ensuring flexible deployment management and eliminating downtime during deployments
