Staff Product Researcher

As a Staff Product Researcher at Pleo  I work as a partner of product managers, designers and other stakeholder to help develop and structure user research and product discovery based on user needs. As a member of the User Research team, I also contribute to create a centralised foundational knowledge about our users, buyers, markets , larger audiences, and personas.  


* Drive research across multiple layers of the product roadmap and multiple product teams
* Collaborate with cross-functional team members including software engineers, product managers, designers, marketers, sales and customer support to promote knowledge sharing and create efficient feedback-loops
* Empower business and product leaders to perform hands-on user interviews themselves and promote user and customer-centricity throughout the company
* Gather data using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the needs  and drives of our users

At Crediwire I worked with the product team to develop meaningful and resilient digital solutions. Through qualitative and quantitative insights, I use customer understanding to inform product roadmaps and business decisions.
With a cross-disciplinary background, I can promote customer-centric frameworks that can resonate and adapt to scrum, kanban and other agile workflows.

In the course of my time at Crediwire, my role grew from an individual contributor to a facilitator role, managing stakeholders and promoting user-centricity throughout the company.

-  Plan, produce and analyse user insights to guide product development and strategy
-  Lead the product team to prioritise the backlog, define the roadmap goals and redefine success metrics
-  Improve internal workflows based on the needs of the team
-  Translate roadmap goals into epics, missions and user stories

As a Customer Experience Specialist, my role varied according to a project needs, but it will generally fall under the spectrum of research, design and project management.

▪ design and conduct user tests during a product's life-cycle or a specific touchpoint

▪ translate analytical data into coherent and meaningful storylines

Analyst position at a groundbreaking customer centric market research company. While working on a project based contract, I was able to constantly deep dive into new industries and markets to translate customers’ needs and perceptions.

My main tasks as an Admissions Assistant my main responsibilities were to directly support the Admissions Manager with the daily administrative tasks, such as: 

▪ keeping track and update students and prospects in our internal database
▪ promptly reply to a large volume of incoming enquiries both via email and telephone about the school, the programme, and the admissions process  
▪ support recruiting efforts through information sessions and events in Copenhagen and abroad 
▪ sending campaign emails
▪ create statistical reports
▪ etc...

Frequent teams and projects rotation was one of the most valuable experiences from my year at Weberbrunner. In this office I was able to apply the knowledge gained from my previous position, but in a more fast paced rhythm. I worked in different projects, from different scales and at different stages, from concept development and modeling/prototyping to execution projects and detail trials.

As my first professional experience, working at Brockmann Stierlin was a great stepping stone to start my career. Due to the small size of the company I was able to execute a wide range of tasks and be present during the company's expansion.
