About Aditi Saldanha

Product Designer at LinkedIn

Hello! I'm a Product Designer at LinkedIn where I design experiences for recruiters to find the talent they're looking for! Prior to LinkedIn, I was at Redfin designing experiences for real estate agents.

Prior to my journey into product design, I was an architect (such a different world!). I'm passionate about helping those early in their career pivot into tech, navigate the struggles of landing their first internships and full-time jobs, and build their confidence as a junior designer and professional. I wouldn't be where I am today without the help of those who mentored me and I'd love to do the same now.

Outside of work, I love enjoying the outdoors and traveling. Sunsets, hiking, and paddle boarding bring the biggest smile to my face!
