- Developed and Productized a novel feature importance method for Auto Encoders using Layerwise Relevance Propagation

- Identified different regions in the dataset manifold that are suited for different  anomaly detection algorithms using Explainable AI techniques such SHAP, Generalized Additive Models, and Decision Trees

Hot Routes Ola Share:
- Created an algorithm to discover optimal routes in a city to run a shared express cab using Distributed Clique formation and Integer Programming
- Used data visualization techniques to plot the routes using leaflet in Python for business teams to use

Dynamic Destination Based Pricing :
- Author of Destination Based Pricing with an impact ​ 2% increase in GMV per hour
- Designed and conducted A/B testing experiments to quantify the impact of the algorithm
- Created design documents, spec sheets and interfaced with engineering and product teams to prodictize the algorithm

Syndicate Fraud
- Developed an iterative message propagation algorithm on graphs using Pregel and Graphx

Modeling NextGen Programmable Switch 
Network switches notoriously operate on hardcoded software for a specific set of protocols. The aim of this project was to make the switch programmable and use that to deploy custom networking protocols in a matter of minutes as compared to months. My contributions include-

- Single-handedly developed a functional front end Graphical User Interface in Java to program a Cisco CAT - 3850 switch with user-defined networking protocols
- Worked on low-level kernel programming for the SDK in C++.  Specific contributions include optimized resource allocation for the allocation of bus fields.

- The work completed during the internship was included in a paper accepted in MAPSP 2015  "On the Benefits of a Hierarchical Version of Generalized Processor Sharing"
- Performed monte carlo simulations to identify performance statistics and distributions for generalized processor sharing (GPS) resource sharing systems. 
- Compared performance between the vanilla and hierarchical GPS systems
- Extending simulation framework in C++ to simulate hierarchical GPS systems
- Path finding: Brainstormed an algorithm to find the corresponding H-GPS system parameters given certain performance requirements.
