Hi there, I'm Aditya Kolhatkar!

Currently, I work as a Director, Experience Design at UST. My role is to create and lead the design engagement from strategy to execution and drive conversations with the stakeholders for large-scale solutions.

With more than seven years of experience, I have helped ambitious clients all over the world to create engaging digital experiences through my expertise in design strategy, lateral thinking, and iterative problem-solving. My passion for human psychology, complex systems, and the role of design in emerging technologies runs deep.

I am excited to offer my perspective on a variety of topics, including how to start a career as a UX/UI designer, transitioning to the UX industry from another field, potential career paths as a UX designer, portfolio creation and review, product strategy, and anything else related to these topics.

In addition to design, I am also passionate about discussing books, personal finance and investing, Web 3.0 blockchain, fitness and nutrition, and sports.
