With 10+ years of experience across Tech, Business Strategy and Product, I'm a seasoned yet evolving Product Manager who has spent his last 8 years in driving 0-to-1 product journeys - launching and scaling up B2C and B2B SaaS products across e-commerce (multi-sided marketplace platforms), FinTech and Cloud Computing – as well as driving key product areas across a mature product portfolio in the Communication & Collaboration SaaS space. I have led high-impact product roadmaps across the product lifecycle of niche (small/ medium-scale) and large-scale (millions of users) businesses. My forte lies in identifying growth-hacks and the right problems to solve, through a data-driven approach. Most of all, I love collaborating with passionate developers and pragmatic business teams to build compelling, user-centric products at scale.

Sessions with Aditya Raghunath

• Initial Consultation + Resume Review (30 min): This is a 2-part series of sessions wherein the first session will focus on understanding your background, questions you may have and providing inputs for the next step in your career journey. In the second session, I'll share feedback on your resume, to help you crack a Product Management/ Marketing or any other role.
• General Career Guidance (45 min): 1st Session - We will start with your career summary, delve into your strengths & weaknesses, assess key motivations for career change/ advancement and wrap up with mapping your expectations to the PM career trajectory 2nd session - Discuss results of skill assessment test(s) if needed, deep-dive into how to convert your weaknesses to strengths and strategy+tactics for your career progression 3rd session - Follow-up on open questions/ topics, if any; Quick resume review, if required, and I will also share a curated list of valuable learning resources for PM interview prep/ upskilling
• Resume Review & Mock Interview (45 min): In this call, I will review your Resume through and through, help you on how to customise your resume according to the PM role you are applying for, suggest changes if needed, give you tips on how you can make your resume ATS friendly and solve any queries you might have related to your resume. I will also help you in your interview preparation for your next job/internship through a Mock Session. This session will be structured in line with the domain and PM role you are looking for and help you get a feel of how it really feels to interview with a reputed product company.
• PM Mentorship (45 min): If you are someone who is in the Product Ecosystem but are looking to shift or progress in your current role, you\'re at the right place. I provide 1:1 mentorship and guidance to folks like you in Product Management and given my experience in the industry I will be able to guide you on what steps you should take in order to move forward in your career in PM. • General Consultation (coffee chat) (45 min): This is a brief intro session for those seeking high-level inputs on PM jobs in Germany/ EU and what recruiters here look for, with some inputs on how to go about your job search. However, you'd find more value in booking the "Initial Consultation + Resume Review" series of 2 sessions as that would also cover tailored inputs based on your profile - contrasting requirements of PM roles you're interested in with your skills and achievements, concluding with practical recommendation on next steps to maximise your interview shortlist chances.
