Collaborates with global cross functional product team to design IBM Clinical Development's new ODM platform. Active leader and contributor to project's strategy, UX, UI, and content design. 
Responsibilities beyond leading design work include leading the development of critical thought capital, initiating and iterating on team's agile practices, user and usability research and facilitating design workshops.

Designed the UX for Lifesize’s complex array of digital products, including mobile, web, desktop, and hardware systems, to create a user-centric and market leading enterprise video conferencing system. 

Redesigned the entire UX of the Lifesize mobile application with an interdisciplinary team to create an easy-to-use app that aligned with user needs, usability testing, and best mobile design practices. The new app will be released Spring 2018.  
 
Redesigned the entire UX of Lifesize’s administrative platform along with the information architecture so that the platform is simple to navigate, easy-to-use, and scalable for the future.

Additional responsibilities include market and usability research, persona research and creation, conducting user interviews, creation and facilitation of design workshops for the team, coordinating and helping define product requirements with the Product team, and collaborating with the Product and Development Teams from conception to release.

- Designed and prototyped packaging for established brands
 - Presented designs and consumer research to other areas of the company
 - Communicated with other offices across the world on a daily basis
 - Performed cost analysis on packaging designs

- Participated in product development phases, including prototyping, product testing, reverse engineering, revising documents and creating Engineering Order Changes. 
- Assigned individual project to design new adaptor for Boeing commercial aircraft plus production specs.

Planned and led activities for girls ages 6-7, supervised and trained Junior Counselors. Program Leader for camp and staff.

Designed brochures, handbills, programs, and posters for marketing collateral and event promotion.
