I lead UX teams, that combine design, usability research and product strategy to provide engaging experiences and drive meaningful retention for large-scale organizations and global teams including Apple, Bose and Allergan.

I specialize in human-centered and data-driven design methodologies for FDA-regulated, FinTech, consumer mobile and startup software products. I have a background in human factors and ergonomics research, user research, design systems, and UX and UI design for mobile and web applications.

I'm interested in building the next generation of design leaders by helping them improve their interview game and find their next big career opportunity.
