I am a regional design leader at Arup, a global planning, design and engineering firm.
Over a 25-year career I have gone from cutting code and UI to UX, to leading the strategic design response definition for new assets, products and services in digital, and – since joining Arup – in transport, infrastructure, buildings, places, precincts and cities.
My skills are in experience design, UX, human-centred design, product design, service design, stakeholder engagement and collaboration, design thinking, agile and lean startup.
