My journey started in engineering, working in complex technical and automotive environments where precision, structure, and problem-solving were part of everyday work. Over the years, I evolved into leadership roles, working closely with people across different teams, projects, and levels of experience. That experience helped me realize that some of the biggest challenges in technical careers are often not purely technical. Working in these environments sparked my deep interest in the human side of engineering: how people grow, how they lead, and how they create impact beyond technical expertise alone. Today, alongside my engineering and leadership background, I am also training and developing as an ICF coach, combining structured coaching approaches with real-world experience from technical industries.
