After completing my Master's in Innovation and Design Management at the Bau Center de Disenny in Barcelona, I've worked internationally, from France to Mexico, focusing on business and IT. I was Chapter Representative of the Service Design Network in Mexico, I've been deeply involved in shaping service design across the globe.
I've collaborated with companies like Natgeo and Apple, and contributed to projects such as redesigning Mexico's electoral process.
Currently, I'm a Service Design Focal Lead at FIFA with Globant, driving digital innovation across Sports Projects.
