As a UX Research Lead, I drive the strategic vision and maturity of research across the organization, transforming insights into a core pillar for high-level business decisions. I lead and mentor a team of researchers, scale global processes, and pioneer tech innovation (AI & Data Science) to optimize product roadmaps. I act as the primary cross-functional bridge between Research, Product, Design, Tech, and Business units.

I led strategic research projects for clients across diverse sectors, focusing on delivering insights that drive innovation and enhance user experience. 

Responsible for leading research initiatives to inform user-centered digital product development within a healthcare startup environment, characterized by a lean team and accelerated development cycles.

As the first researcher on the team, I had a fundamental role in defining the research area. This included conducting strategic studies for financial products, supporting multidisciplinary teams, implementing research and recruitment processes, and managing knowledge repositories for over two years
