About Aga Siugzdinis

Head of Experience Design at Synechron

I am a design leader at Synechron, working in the digital space with a background in Research, Service Design, and UX in particular. I had a career change at the very beginning of my journey & love sharing my experiences while meeting new people- in particular, helping young women achieve their career aspirations!

I studied Business & Management at University while rolling around in mud (being an officer cadet in the British army) to feed my ongoing love for adventures.
