- Chat sessions with users, quantitative data monitoring with PM and data analysts
- Follow-up and analysis of user tests with Testapic and PMs to improve the health insurance funnel

Brand:
- Improvement of the brand design to enhance the impact and visibility of the brand in collaboration with the Brand manager
- Benchmark, work on iconography, creation of a design system
- Creation of illustrations and infographics for press releases and/or articles on the website
- Declination of the new brand design on social networks, emails and other marketing supports (landing pages, banners, TV spots...).

Work in collaboration with the various stakeholders involved in the project:

- Design of responsive sites/mobile applications
- Creation of the first mock-ups and then the development of the pages

Involvement in projects for different clients:

- CANAL+: creation and variation of various visuals (newsletters, leaflets, jackets, marketing operations, packaging) for CANALPLAY.

- Showroomprive.com : graphic creation of sales, photographic retouching. Creation of skins, mails and games for marketing operations. Redesign of the mobile/tablet application.

- Lucien Barrière Group: creation of CM visuals (Facebook) for the marketing operations of Barrière casinos.

- Agatha: responsive redesign of the newsletter. Declination of the collections (visual support for the site and social networks). Within the framework of marketing operations: creation of a multiplatform game (PC, mobile, Facebook), design of the HP etc. Creation of visuals to feed the Instagram and Facebook accounts of the brand.

- DAD architectes : creation of the global identity : responsive website, logo, graphic charter, communication supports (business cards, envelopes...).

- Auchandirect: creation of flash/gif banners, visuals for the homepage slides, newsletters, skins, print ads.

As part of a replacement: management of the graphic designers' schedule and distribution of tasks.
Management of a team of 5 people, supervision and training of trainees and alternates.
