Senior Strategic and Experience Designer at BCG

Hi team, I am Agnes, an experience and strategic designer. I started as an art director in New York doing digital campaigns and strategies. As I got interested in tech, I joined a fintech company as a product designer after I return to Hong Kong and learned all the ins and outs of product design. Fascinated by service design and it’s holistic thinking of journeys and capabilities, I freelanced as a service designer after. And I am now doing venture design, leveraging all the expertise and techniques I’ve gained from my past experience to build and launch new businesses.

Having the opportunity to work in a wide spectrum of design, I see the importance of having great mentors, and how much of a difference they can make. With a little more experience and knowledge in my pocket, I am passionate to share it with others to help them navigate as I once did. I have done informal mentoring before, as there are more mentorship requests, I think ADPlist would be a great platform for me to systematically organize and build my mentorship.
