I'm a certified ICC coach with strong Agile and IT project management experience. I build teams, lead them, coach and mentor. Furthermore, in the work environment, I identify gaps, needs or desired behaviours and work with c-level management to create and implement solutions to address them. I work in an international environment, mostly remotely. I love sharing knowledge. My biggest passion is developing people, helping them to grow and reach the highest potential. My goal is to make coaching and mentoring more available to IT startups.
