As a Product Manager (Qiddyia account), I lead and mentor a diverse team of product owners, designers, and content writers, collaborating closely with stakeholders and executives to develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy. I create a product and service roadmap that aligns with our strategic goals, customer needs, market dynamics, and engineering capabilities.
I ensure product integrity throughout the lifecycle, actively participate in pre-sales and business development to explore new opportunities, and lead agile product management initiatives. Serving as a client advocate, I provide expertise to both technical and business audiences, while coaching and mentoring team members for continuous improvement.

As the regional product manager for the MENA region, I was responsible for the development and execution of business, marketing, and go-to-market strategies for the Iron Mountain InSight Digital Experience Platform (DXP). I conducted thorough market research to ascertain consumer requirements and maintained an extensive understanding of the competitive landscape within MENA. I collaborated with key stakeholders throughout the region, including customers, distributors, and partners. I provided updates on product developments and performance metrics to senior management. I established product positioning, value propositions, and essential messaging. Additionally, I ensured that all products adhered to regulatory standards and industry guidelines.

I supervised the creation of a scalable platform designed to automate manual processes, facilitate audit-ready compliance, and enhance information accessibility through content management, intelligent document processes, workflow automation, and information governance capabilities, all of which integrate seamlessly into existing environments to support digital transformation efforts.

As a senior product manager at Trufla, I managed two product roadmaps, ensuring they were in line with the overarching portfolio vision. I led cross-functional teams, which included product designers, developers, business analysts, implementation engineers, data specialists, customer success managers, and marketing professionals, in the creation and launch of innovative products. I performed user assessments and analyzed behavioral trends. I identified key standout features and established metrics, objectives, and key results (OKRs). Additionally, I formulated go-to-market strategies for each product feature and prioritized them by setting specific goals and criteria.

As a senior product owner, I led and coordinated a team of one product designer and seven product developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encouraged informed decision-making. I effectively enhanced the customer market position by continuously refining the product vision in response to market trends and competitor strategies. Additionally, I established performance tracking metrics to evaluate the success of features and product releases.

In this role, I managed auto-lease, fintech, and governmental digitization projects while supervising and training two business and technology teams, each comprised of 8-10 team members. I designed business cases, analyzed competitor and market trends, and defined product vision, key features, and roadmap, as well as targeted customers and personas. I successfully oversaw the development and launch of an intelligent brokerage platform that consolidated data from multiple providers across various insurance companies, enabling customers to easily compare quotes offered by different firms.

In this role, I outlined, strategized, and monitored the product's development, while reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with a business - scrum team of 15 members. I conducted an analysis of the business domain (ECM & BPM) and the intended customer base.

Additionally, I established the product's features, vision, and roadmap, and engaged with UX and technical teams to refine the backlog items. I also oversaw and validated the developed features, ensuring the team remained aligned with the product's vision.

As product owner, I was in charge of studying and introducing the business domain (Travel Technology) to the scrum team, defining the business needs of the different personas, and designing the solution to fulfill these needs. I reported directly to the CTO & CEO, heading two POs and interacting with two scrum teams.

I was responsible for documenting the features of the deployed version of the product, designing the requirements of the management process, and tracking the development of the new version, reporting to the CEO and heading a team of two BAs.                     

I established requirements of the management process and supporting flow and built and trained a BA team on established processes. I also communicated with clients and business stakeholders to define their needs and requirements.
