- Create a Unique Animation experience that shows the polyline of the bus pickup to a dropoff in a magic way. It is similar to what I did in my Gradient Polyline Open Source Project.
- Implement some essential enhancements in the Trip Search Screen and recreate the animation related to the Pickup and Dropoff UI Components in the Trip Search Screen.
- Help the team implement the QR Code Check-in Feature for AFCON 2019. Since, as a business requirement, we need a good experience and fast one for user check-in inside the buses.
- Participate with the team to build a Reactive Architecture for the Swvl Customer App by following the MVI Presentation Pattern with Clean Architecture implemented in Android Multi Modules. All were written in Kotlin, and every tiny feature was heavily Unit tested.

Daily Work Duties:
- Review our daily PRs. The code review was done daily since we implemented many features, enhanced our codebase, and fixed some minor and major bugs.
- Be a speaker in a couple of meetups at the American University in Egypt and share my knowledge with the team by making small meetups internally between our teammates.
- Write the story, acceptance criteria, development tasks, and scenarios, and follow the agile scrum methodology we try to implement. It was a mix between Scrum and Kanban.
- We don't have Quality Assurance Engineers to test and verify our features, so we do the tests independently after writing the Unit. We do some manual tests as well before the releases.

- All the Swvl Customer Application is written in Kotlin.
- Use MVI as a Presentation Pattern.
- Clean Architecture.
- Android Multi-modules for each Clear Architecture Layer.
- A combined approach between Kotlin Coroutines with RxJava Streams (Observables / Flowables).

Coniano
- Translate the business requirements to readable stories, acceptance criteria, and development tasks.
- The ex-team lead already started the base infrastructure, so we continue what he proposed to catch the customer deadlines.
- The proposed architecture was an enhanced version of MVP with some Contracts around with repository layer and some design patterns used.
- Make refinement and planning sessions.

Divehood
- Build the basic infrastructure with MVVM and LiveData for Presentation Pattern implemented by Clean Architecture, all-in package by feature Application Approach.
- Write good documentation for the basic architecture we choose to follow.

Daily Work Duties:
- Lead and mentor the android team, which was three team members.
- Manage and participate in a small agile team by applying new technical processes.
- Help the team develop/maintain android applications implemented with different architectures.
- Present three technical presentations. Two of them were Android-related topics, and one was very specific about Git Flow.
- Create a Skeleton App that contains all the standard functionalities we have for all products like authentication, home, settings, etc., to reduce the development time for the same product features.

Technical Stack:
- Refactor some applications from Java to Kotlin.
- Use MVVM and an enhanced version of MVP as a Presentation Pattern.
- Use some SOLID Principles and Design Patterns according to our feature needs.

- Make a weekly offline zoom meeting to sync our work with The OvenBits Android Team.
Review the team PRs and keep the feedback as clean as possible.
- Make a product alignment by doing a weekly recorded demo for our progress.

Technical Stack:
- The whole feature is written in Kotlin.
