As the leader of Instabug's AI vision & power users' retention, I manage five cross-functional squads, the Product Design and User Research teams. 

My key responsibilities includes: 
Vision and Strategy: Shaping and driving a clear product vision aligned with business goals, with a strong focus on leveraging AI to deliver value and innovation.
Leadership & Team Management: Leading high-performing teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and shared ownership of outcomes.
Mentorship & Development: Investing in the growth of individuals across Product, Design, and Research, fostering a culture of learning, empowerment, and excellence.
Process and Operational Excellence: Building scalable processes to optimize execution, drive impact, and enable teams to move with clarity and speed.

Strategic Development: Crafted and executed the high-level product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching vision and mission.
Mentorship: Recruited and mentored Associate Product Managers, playing a key role in their professional development and career growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with engineering, UI/UX design, and UX writing teams to innovate and introduce new features, enhancing user experiences.
GTM Partnership: Coordinated with Go-To-Market teams on enablement and collaborative projects, driving successful product launches and elevating customer satisfaction.

Achievements:
Product Impact: Demonstrated success in launching and evolving products from stage zero, notably the APM product at Instabug. This product alone contributed to over 35% of the total company Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within two years and achieved a 2X Year-Over-Year growth last year.

Achievements 
- Multiple iterations on the Instabug pricing model to increase ARPU by 2.6X.
- Cofounded building the first business development team to generate an outbound pipeline that contributed to a 1.5X increase in the ARR.
- Led and executed multiple growth initiatives and experimentations that increased the number of paying customers per month by 1.6X and annual ARR by 2x.
- Multiple iterations on onboarding and churn funnels.
- Building the first analytics and tracking infrastructure of Instabug.

Achievements
- Was rewarded as the highest-performance team member in the first quarter after joining and stayed in the top 3 for the rest of the year.

Bixls is a software house for mobile and web applications that I co-founded; we built multiple projects across the two years of the company and expanded the team to seven developers and designers.
