You know that one person in the group everyone goes to for advice - career, decisions, why their roadmap suddenly looks like spaghetti?

That’s usually me. Hi, this is Ahmed El Fateh 🙋🏻‍♂️.

I’ve spent the past 13+ years building digital products and working with amazing teams across Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE - helping products evolve from “we have an idea” to thousands of people using them every day.

I started as a full-stack software engineer, then drifted into Scrum, business analysis, UX thinking, and eventually fully into Product. I’m currently in my specialization year of an MBA in Marketing, because I’ve always believed the product is part of the full customer experience and not just feature delivery.

Domains I’ve been lucky to explore:

FinTech, EdTech, InsurTech, PropTech, GIS, AI, Ride-hailing, B2G, B2C, digital transformation… Different challenges, different cultures, different lessons.

Some proud highlights along the way: Digital transformation for country-wide services (B2G) Growing products from 1,000 to 100,000+ users Leading product and communication strategy across multiple teams Helping and mentoring people find clarity when the job title says “Product” but the role says “Everything”.

And that was only my career side, i won't go too deep into my leisure but i would leave at the fact that i do enjoy reading in psychology, behavioral economics, productivity, and AI.
