About the app
A generic Automated-Parking-System to control, manage, and monitor any parking lot. The system is responsible for controlling gates: making sure a vehicle is allowed to enter and has paid the fee before exiting, cashier system, produce management reports and finally real-time reporting dashboard – the system is operating now in El-Salam station(The first of its kind in Egypt), Dar al Kada’a and other hospitals and hotels.- responsible for hardware installation and software full-stalk development from A to Z in a team of three-

Responsibilities:
•   Attracts potential Canadian customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

•   Engages in real-time troubleshooting with customers to resolve technical issues.

•   Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
