Thrilled to embark on my latest journey with the Worldwide Operations Finance Standardization & Automation (SnA) team as an Engineer, where my passion for data platform standardization and engineering automation finds its true calling. In this fast-paced and ever-evolving role, I am committed to driving analytics and reporting by establishing a standardized data platform. My focus is on ensuring clean, reliable, and accessible data feeds, empowering Operations Finance stakeholders to trust in the data, technology, and tools we provide.

My journey in this role involves transforming complex data into actionable recommendations, implementing data governance standard practices, and defining the best practices for data access, quality, and consistency. I thrive in ambiguous environments, using innovation to deliver world-class business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decisions and enhance data awareness across the organization.

• Leading Partner Support and Solution’s Change Integration Management team’s analytical requests from the VP and Director goals of Amazon’s consumer tree. Providing key leverage insights from the on-hand metrics for GSOC teams to drive operational efficiencies.
• Curated 9+ and on-going automated reports using SQL, AWS QuickSight, and Excel for WW operational support program director.
• Curated 2 Automated Weekly Business Reviews directed towards VP and Director goals.
• Curated a Live BI Dashboard by ingesting Amazon’s ticking system’s API and cleaned the data using Glue, and Athena in AWS. Saving the manual effort creating the report from ~$12,000 yearly to $32.45 cutting the cost by 99.7%.
• Acting as the Data Engineer of CCLEAR Analytics, providing maintenance on 37+ data pipelines.

• Acted as EMEA’s Business Analyst, curated 4 automated business reports for the director level Monthly business report.
• Curated a mechanism for eliminating non-value-added work items for the executive intake of Jeff Bezos eliminating 49% of YTD volume in 2021 saving +4.2$ Million Dollars in forecast per year for my department.
• Resolved +2000 high valued Global Selling Partners escalations directed to Jeff Bezos as well as drive process improvements and identify root causes to SPs facing issues by working cross-functionally with other teams.
• Initiated a BI Analytics intake for EMEA, helped in resolving 62 impactful projects for 19 Account Managers by assisting them in ad-hoc requests.

• Resolved more than 150 cases, improved operations and provided exceptional client support for SOUQ to Amazon Migration during 2020.
• Developed more than 10 informational diagrams for the associates to help them understand the Partner-Amazon Resolution Process.
• Drove more than 5 operational improvements which resulted in time saving and process improvement.
• Worked with Saudi customers to understand needs and provide Account Management-Migration service.
• Contributed with the Migration team in the delivery of Business Agreement project, resulting in successfully migrating more than 100 partners with a GSM of 3.4 Million Dollars.
• Co-created an internal SharePoint Application using Visual Basic for the Dive deep cases that needed to be investigated by Supervisors, Managers, and Mentors.

Selected to represent over 180 Enactus members to showcase Rosie project and the impact Enactus Cairo had on the Ezbet-Khairalah community. Exposition team was comprised of four Enactus members who memorized and perfected a presentation of 17 minutes which was presented to CEOs and executives from companies across Egypt.

Implemented 24 impactful articles across three different social platform, resounding about Entertainment, Sports, and Business and news, reaching more than 60,000 people across Egypt.

Responsible for offline and online Marketing campaigns for Enactus’ projects, branding and creative writing, forming the Image of Enactus, and promoting for Enactus' projects, creating content for the outside world through social networks in form of online campaigns, branding, and creative writing.
Contributed in project TanRe’s online and offline campaigns, impacting more than 180K people directly and indirectly, generating a revenue stream of 7 million EGP in 2017.
Co-Creator of the brand ‘Rosie’, a project that expanded through 9 governorates in Egypt, empowering 105 female entrepreneurs in Egypt, Sudan, and Uganda, generating a revenue of 52K USD in 2019.
